December 2013
2013 saw the signing of the agreement for development and construction of the new Sports Campus at King Saud University College of Sports Science & Physical Activity in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The campus will feature two main buildings, a Sports Hall and a Sports Arena whose roofs were designed and will be installed by Riverclack® partner, INMA East.
The 8,000m2 Sports Hall includes space frame roofing with spherical nodes under Riverclack®® 550 panels with Rockwool insulation and a vapour barrier, meeting load, acoustic and thermal requirements while the roof of the 30,000m2 Sports Arena, with its central truss and perimeter ring, is considered the main feature of the campus.
